Open to all, at public spaces such as parks and beaches. Get moving and get fit with friends, family and co-workers. Every class includes variations on the basic format:
• General warm-up — walking, skipping, jogging, running
• Dynamic warm-up — leg kicks, butt kicks, knee grabs, knee cradle, scarecrows
• Skill builders — agility ladders, cones, medicine balls, jump ropes
• General physical preparedness: jumping jacks, squat thrusts, shuffle splits
• Circuit: lunges, push-ups, rows, chinees, plyo jumps, snatch press, tube press
• Static holds: plank, side plank, tabletops, horsepose, bridges
• Stretching: chest, back, arms, hamstrings, quads, glutes, lower back
• Nutritional counseling
